It's been a hectic start!

Noor, Health Sciences, Class of 2024 - Sep 21, 2021

It’s been a hectic – and I mean HECTIC – couple of weeks. First thoughts: lecture halls are huge. I think that’s all I need to say. I knew that we’d be in 400-person classes but actually going blew my mind.

Making Goals is the Easy Part

Noor, Health Sciences, Class of 2024 - Jan 25, 2022

I will say it can be a little hard to stay motivated as a student. I don’t know if it’s just me, but I’m feeling a little like I’m still on winter break!

Making time for midterms and me

Noor, Health Sciences, Class of 2024 - Oct 13, 2021

Our team of bloggers introduce themselves, their plans for this year, and their anxieties and excitement as they start the 2021-22 year .

My Unique Memorization Technique

Noor, Health Sciences, Class of 2024 - Feb 10, 2022

Taking time for yourself

Noor, Health Sciences, Class of 2024 - Nov 03, 2021

I think we all deserve some sort of relaxation after a hard of couple weeks’ study. Here are some of my go-to activities that I think every Queen’s student should try before getting back into the grind. Give them a go and you’ll be more rested and, therefore, more productive.

The best study spots in Kingston

Noor, Health Sciences, Class of 2024 - Dec 01, 2021

I have made it my mission to explore various study spots around campus. So, grab a coffee (or a tea, if you are like me!), and get ready to read for the best study spots on campus and beyond!

Three ways to adjust

Noor, Health Sciences, Class of 2024 - Jan 12, 2022

Fellow first years, last semester might have been a rough one, but we made it and had at least some time to relax and recharge. Now we do it all over again—but this time a little different!
